_From bare concrete to composed calm — this residence emerges as an ode to restraint and natural harmony. The design draws inspiration from the Japandi philosophy, blending Japanese minimalism with Scandinavian warmth.
Muted tones, organic forms, and tactile contrasts create a space where serenity becomes tangible.
Wood and stone coexist in quiet dialogue, soft light tracing their textures with precision.
Every line is intentional, every surface breathes stillness.
A home that celebrates imperfection, balance, and the timeless beauty of less.
A kitchen designed as an extension of calm — where proportion, material and detail speak in unison.
The three–meter island, clad in Dekton Sabbia, becomes the sculptural centerpiece of the space — tactile, monolithic, yet warm in tone.
Cabinet fronts in Yildiz PET Light Beige blend seamlessly with the architectural shell, enhancing the visual serenity. Within a dedicated alcove, a coffee station and wine cooler framed in Egger Natural Carini Walnut introduce a quiet contrast — an intimate ritual zone of daily pleasure.
Pocket doors slide discreetly into their niche, revealing or concealing this crafted corner with effortless grace. Natural light softens every edge, completing a composition that celebrates understated luxury and everyday simplicity.
A space designed as an intimate retreat — minimal yet deeply tactile.
At its core, a freestanding bathtub rests upon a raised platform with concealed lighting, creating a soft interplay between shadow and glow. An exposed rock wall becomes the natural backdrop, grounding the composition in raw texture and authenticity. A floor-mounted mixer and built-in concrete washbasin continue the dialogue of simplicity and material honesty.
To enhance natural light and ventilation, the original lightwell wall was opened, introducing a slender vertical window that frames the surrounding greenery — blurring the line between inside and out.
The result is a calm, elemental bathroom where every detail invites stillness and presence.
