Building Future since '89

SAVACON is a highly experienced construction company est. in 1989, providing complete construction management and full architectural design services.

Our Story

Founded in 1989 in Ano Liosia, Athens, Greece by Savvas Savvas and Christina Kourounakou, both Civil Engineers, graduates of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), SAVACON combines technical expertise, architectural vision, and construction excellence.

With more than three decades of experience, the company has delivered a diverse portfolio of projects across Greece and abroad, ranging from private residences, commercial and industrial buildings, and metal constructions, to complex public infrastructures

and bespoke architectural works.

Following the devastating earthquake of 1999, SAVACON played a significant role in the reconstruction and redevelopment of Ano Liosia, contributing to the city’s structural recovery and urban renewal. Through that period, the company developed extensive expertise in restoration, rehabilitation, and reconstruction of damaged and listed buildings, as well as in fire-affected areas, structural reinforcement, and large-scale recovery works. This experience has shaped SAVACON’s deep understanding of resilience, safety, and sustainable rebuilding.

Through an integrated approach that unites design, engineering, and construction, SAVACON ensures that every detail serves both functionality and aesthetics, defining its strong reputation over the years.

Driven by a passion for design excellence, craftsmanship, and technical mastery, SAVACON creates spaces that inspire and endure — each project a dialogue between innovation and timeless architecture, a space where precision meets emotion, and construction becomes art.
